A busy weekend ahead for Audi Sport customer racing North America at Detroit this upcoming weekend. The Motor City is hosting the two premier North American sportscar series, the TUDOR United SportsCar Championship and the Pirelli World Challenge.

The two events are sharing the weekend with the IndyCar Series and will feature a great selection of Audi R8 LMS and ultra race cars.

In TUDOR United SportsCar Championship, Audi will be represented by a single car from Paul Miller Racing. The #48 R8 LMS will be driven by Christopher Haase and Dion von Moltke. The two drivers will fight for GTD class victory following strong performances last time out at Laguna Seca. The Paul Miller Racing drivers are leading GTD overall drivers' championship standing.

In Pirelli World Challenge, four Audi R8 LMS ultras will enter the event. Mike Skeen will be behind the wheel of the #2 Audi R8 LMS ultra. GMG Racing team-owner James Sofronas will drive the #14 Audi R8 LMS ultra. Both Mike Skeen and James Sofronas will compete in the upper GT class and will fight for the top spots overall.
